ALFA International (ALFAI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved KLF Law Offices as the new Greek Member, succeeding Mourgelas, Horiatakis, Minaki and Associates Law Firm (MHM Law), effective January 1, 2026. This transition comes as a result of MHM Law’s formal dissolution. Eftychios Horiatakis, previously the ALFAI Contact Partner at MHM Law, has joined KLF Law Offices and was instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition of ALFAI’s Greek membership.
Established in 1962 and situated in Athens’ prestigious Kolonaki district, KLF Law Offices boasts a team of seasoned legal professionals who deliver comprehensive services to individuals and businesses across diverse practice areas.
Eftychios Horiatakis will continue serving as an ALFAI Contact Partner at KLF Law Offices, joined by its Managing Partner George Foufopoulos, who has also been appointed to this role. KLF Law Offices will actively participate in ALFAI’s European Regional Group, as well as the Corporate & Commercial Transactions and Construction Practice Groups, and the Managing Partner Forum.
