Dardik Gross immigration team includes 5 lawyers and 4 paralegals.
Examples of type of immigration work our firm has undertaken
- Dardik Gross & Co. played a key role in the Leviathan “First Gas” project, leading all immigration aspects of this large-scale initiative. The project involved handling hundreds of expert work permit applications under tight timelines. It required approximately one year of strategic planning, followed by six months of intensive execution. The team coordinated closely with contractors, HR teams, and Israeli government authorities to ensure smooth implementation. Despite high pressure and complex logistics, the firm maintained full availability and efficiently resolved real-time challenges. The project was completed successfully, achieving a 100% success rate.
- Dardik Gross & Co. supported a “PIG” project in the Oil & Gas sector, initially handling standard work permit applications for eight experts. Due to unexpected delays and regulatory limitations on visa extensions, the project faced a critical risk of disruption. The firm proactively identified the issue and proposed a tailored legal and strategic solution. It coordinated all stakeholders, prepared supporting documentation, and escalated the matter to senior government officials. As a result, special approval was granted for permits beyond the standard legal limits. This enabled the experts to complete the project on time while avoiding regulatory violations.
- Dardik Gross & Co. supported a Light Train project in Jerusalem. Due to project tight schedule all applications were filed under Expert Category, including meeting Expert salary criteria (Double Average Israeli salary). While the Project was in progress, Dardik Gross & Co., led and managed a special application under ‘Special Machinery and Technology category’ allowing big number of employees to be included in the work permit without the need to meet Expert Salary criteria. The Immigration Authority issued a limited work permit including few positions only. Dardik Gross & Co., managed to achieve a breakthrough convincing the authority that the entire project cycle is involving special technology which allowed dozens positions to be included in the project – This breakthrough opened the door to other companies to use this path for qualified workers employment under this category.
- Dardik Gross & Co., supported a private house project in the North of Israel. The project is familiar as the “most expensive house in Israel”. Estimated USD$ 250 M value. The project required hundreds of Italians and Romanians technicians and qualified workers for the design and installations during the 3 years project. The challenge was to prove the employees are “experts” in their filed to allow using Expert Category which was the only solution available for Israeli work permits (Experts usually are required to present academic and official diplomas and education – the employees had no formal education. Some did not have a high school degree…). Dardik Gross & Co., managed to convince the Permit Committee that the employees meet “Experts” criteria as “Artists” and the project was launched successfully. This breakthrough is allowing Designers to use talents, artists and technicians with design projects in private projects in Israel since.
