Eftychios Horiatakis

Eftychios studied law in Athens (LL.B., Hons), Paris (LL.M. mult.) and Hamburg, specializing in private international, comparative and international commercial law.  Admitted to the Athens Bar, he served as a legal advisor to the Deputy Minister of Health and later joined a large general practice law firm, eventually becoming a Partner and its Managing Partner. A quadrilingual lawyer, he focuses on corporate and commercial law, providing counsel to local and multinational companies on complex transactions, M&As, joint ventures and restructurings, as well as on private international and immigration law issues.  Eftychios has also wide expertise in IT & IP, real estate, energy, health & pharmaceuticals and advertising law. His long-term experience in legal advisory services matches a significant litigation experience..
