About the Webinar:
This webinar is an encore presentation of a session from ALFA International’s International Client Seminar (ICS) this past March. During this session, the panel explores the many ways in which positivity, creativity, and the use of “yes” can be persuasive tools in the practice of law for the benefit of clients. Don’t let the simplicity of the word “yes” fool you. This one word possesses a transcendent, transformative power. There will be a live Q&A with the panel after the recording to answer any questions attendees may have.
