About the Webinar:

Join us for a timely follow-up to ALFA International’s May 15, 2025, webinar, “Navigating Tariffs: Strategic Insights for Business.”  Eddy Hayes returns to break down the rapidly evolving U.S. trade landscape and its impact on companies facing tariff exposure. He’ll begin with a practical, up-to-date overview of tariff refunds, taking into account recent legal developments. Eddy will address the U.S. Supreme Court’s IEEPA decision and the resulting end of tariff collections under IEEPA. He will also provide a clear explanation of refund eligibility, the status of ongoing litigation, and key considerations for importers, particularly regarding supply chain relationships and reimbursement obligations. Eddy will also offer the latest on the emerging post-IEEPA tariff regime, including developments under Sections 122, 232, and 301, and conclude with insights on what businesses should monitor as U.S. trade policy continues to shift.
