Panelists:
ANNETTE MIJANOVIC (MODERATOR) is a partner at the ALFA International member firm Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP, in Los Angeles, California, where she began her career as a summer associate nineteen years ago. She is a member of the firm’s Transportation, Business Solutions and Products Liability practice groups. She has served as lead counsel in trials involving transportation and commercial litigation disputes in state and federal court. She is a member of the firm’s Immediate Response Team. She is admitted to practice law in all California state and federal courts.
EMILEE GREENHOUSE is an associate at the ALFA International New Mexico member firm Butt Thornton & Baehr PC. Born and raised in Albuquerque, Emilee graduated cum laude from the University of New Mexico with a double major in vocal performance and languages. She has been working in law since 2018. After graduating from UNM, she worked as a paralegal for a boutique law firm that focused on appeals and post-conviction petitions. While earning her degree, she joined the New Mexico Law Review, the National Mock Trial Team, the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, and worked as a tutor. Emilee is proud to defend professionals, business owners, and entities from large to small in a variety of areas of law. Her practice generally encompasses the areas of catastrophic injury & wrongful death, trucking & transportation, and premises liability. In her free time, Emilee enjoys cooking, practicing hot yoga, and exploring new cities and hiking trails.
