In the Hospitality and Retail Industry, we often wish we could take a time machine to prevent events from occurring, however technology in the 21st Century still does not have the 1.21 gigawatts to make that a reality. The 2023 ALFA International Hospitality & Retail Seminar is not intended to take us back in time, rather to take us into the future!

Join our industry experts in exploring issues that the hospitality and retail worlds are facing now and into the future at our 2023 Hospitality & Retail Seminar: including the ever-present threat of gun violence, the rise of TBI claims in premises cases, liquor liability and new and emerging issues.

Our Breakfast Club will address new trends in mediation, as well as how to deal with bullying tactics. In the ever-growing Cold War between Plaintiffs and Defendants, we will focus on the rising threat of nuclear verdicts.
