Technology is now a part of every transportation claim. While technology improves efficiency, service, and costs within the transportation industry, these innovations create opportunities for Plaintiffs in building a liability case. Through seminars targeting the trucking industry, Plaintiffs are becoming increasingly sophisticated in pursuing electronic data. This data from EDRs, EOBRs, cell phones, Drive Cams, and other technology offers a wealth of information for Plaintiffs to create liability theories and complicate defense strategies.
