Will Thompson

Will Thompson concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, commercial and contract law, fraud / bad faith, professional liability and employment litigation. While in law school, Will was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, where he won the Vulcan Materials Award for Outstanding Candidates Paper for his case comment on the role of trial courts under Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals. In addition, Will served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, was a member of the Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court and won the Parham H. Williams Freshman Trial Competition.
