Lyndon W. Whitmire

Lyndon Whitmire is an experienced trial attorney representing clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including product liability, business and commercial litigation, first- and third-party insurance matters, class actions, various UCC and consumer protection-related disputes, general tort, personal injury and wrongful death claims, transportation negligence disputes, trust and estate disputes, and intellectual property matters. Lyndon also previously served as the Practice Group Leader for the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
