Luis Guinard is a Senior Partner at Guinard & Noriega, a firm founded in 2016 together with his partner, Vanessa Noriega. He has over 34 years of experience in the practice of law, primarily in Intellectual Property, Banking and Commercial Law.

He has combined multiple areas of practice, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, banking law, and litigation. He has participated in mergers and acquisitions transactions involving significant intellectual property components and in banking projects exceeding USD 2 billion. He has also served as a consultant to more than 10 banks in Panama.
