Katharina Roehr

Katharina is a partner of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She primarily handles corporate and foreign investment matters. Katharina provides advice in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and in commercial contracts and transactions. Her portfolio includes spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations; asset and stock purchases in all kinds of businesses; and strategic alliances and joint ventures, both domestic and cross-border. Katharina has played a key role in important investment projects in the automotive, manufacturing, health and consumer products industries in Mexico, among others. She also guides multinational clients in commercial transactions and contractual matters. Katharina is responsible for the foreign investment area of the firm and has extensive experience in that area.
