Jessie Tan Shin Ee

Jessie’s expertise and forte lies in the field of general commercial and corporate law as well as intellectual property law with a special focus on the application of these laws to the field of telecommunications, media and technology (TMT). She also has significant experience in advising clients on other areas of law including but not limited to data protection, banking and finance, securities, real estate and employment matters, amongst others. Throughout her practice, she has been involved in various TMT-related projects and corporate exercises for both foreign and local companies. Jessie has also advised on a myriad of legal and compliance issues and has reviewed and drafted contracts for clients from various industries.
