Jeremy Ward practices in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas handling complex litigation along with business and real estate transactions. He has tried more than 15 cases before judges and juries. Since 2018 he has served as Special Outside Counsel for the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority (TMUA), Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority (RMUA), and Tulsa Utility Board (TUB). As Special Outside Counsel Jeremy provides legal guidance regarding corporate and trust governance, commercial, construction, and real estate transactions, and environmental law.
