Dan Peterson has a broad and diverse commercial practice, including both litigation and transactional work. Dan has extensive experience protecting creditor’s rights and pursuing their remedies, both inside and outside Bankruptcy Court. His litigation practice includes commercial, business, and real estate litigation. His transactional practice includes guiding clients through the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate and assisting both lenders and borrowers with financing transactions.
