He also regularly represents clients in non-compete litigation. Chris also represents insurers with the defense of their insureds in tort and commercial litigation, and with insurance coverage analysis and bad faith litigation. Chris’ practice also emphasizes the representation of clients in the Hospitality & Retail industries, where he represents several national companies with all of their legal needs, including business claims, tort claims, employment claims, and product liability claims.
