Carina Vang Kristoffersen

Carina has extensive experience in all aspects of national and cross-boarder M&A deals and investments, including in relation to deal structuring, due diligence, and drafting as well as negotiation of transactional documentation. Furthermore, she advises on joint ventures, general shareholder regulation, and matters relating to conflicts between shareholders.

Carina advises a broad range of private enterprises, pension funds, private equity funds, as well as public authorities and has over the recent years advised on a number of highly complex Danish and international transactions and infrastructure projects.

In addition, Carina has extensive experience with servicing clients within the biotech- and pharma industries, advising them on, inter alia, funding and investments, M&A, strategic alliances and licensing agreements.

From 2011-2012 Carina was employed with the Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk A/S, and from 2015-2016 she was seconded to New York law firm Jenner & Block LLP where she primarily advised on US and cross-boarder deals and securities law, including in relation to IPO’s at the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.

Carina has lectured the courses Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Contracts and Tort at the University of Copenhagen.
