Bart Cannon

Bart Cannon holds himself accountable to the highest standards. He believes that doing a good job for his clients isn’t good enough. He works hard to be exceptional on their behalf. It’s how he establishes and maintains expectations throughout a case. Bart develops a rapport with clients, building relationships on the common ground ideals of work ethic and the desire for a favorable outcome. Before attending law school and later joining Huie as an associate in 2009, Bart worked for the firm in various capacities, including trial technology. Today, he concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, transportation, construction, class action/complex litigation, appellate issues and e-discovery. He represents a broad range of companies, including product manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers, federal motor carriers, building materials suppliers and heavy equipment distributors. Bart enjoys using his collaborative approach to tap into the collective knowledge of the firm, conferring with fellow partners to ensure he’s giving the best solutions to his clients. He finds it rewarding to speak on behalf of his clients, to give them a voice and make sure they are understood.
