The family-owned company Casco is a leading manufacturer of high-quality protective equipment. Helmets and goggles from Casco are known especially in the field of cycling, horseback riding and skiing and are characterized by an unsurpassed demand for safety for the wearer, without compromising appealing and innovative design. The acquisition of Casco by 2Ride is a unique opportunity for 2Ride to strengthen its position in the outdoor segment with a brand that has mastered the development and manufacture of its products.
In matters of Romanian law, the law firm bnt Gilescu, Văleanu & Partenerii, Bucharest, provided support, in particular through Tudor Oancea, while the tax aspects of the transaction were entrusted to Professor Lehleiter from the renowned tax law firm LEHLEITER + PARTNER TREUHAND AG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft for the seller side.
