Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd expanded their leadership team, promoting Michael J. Cox, Katherine R. Woods and John N. Kessenich to partner in January.

Michael J. Cox
Michael J. Cox’s practice focuses on complex and multi-party legal matters, including defense of serious and catastrophic tort claims and construction defect, job site injuries and fatalities, and contractor disputes.

He received his J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014 and has been with Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd for 4 years.

Katherine R. Woods
Katherine R. Woods joined the Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd team in 2018. Her current practice focuses on insurance coverage, construction, bad faith and extra-contractual liability, and commercial litigation.

She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013.

John N. Kessenich
John N. Kessenich represents insureds and insurers in a wide range of personal injury matters, including auto-accidents, slip and falls, trucking accidents, and wrongful death.

He received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2012. He joined Taylor, Day Grimm & Boyd in February 2019.
