Business Law Today has begun releasing a three part article co-authored by Thomas Rutledge with Christina Houston (DLA Piper), Robert Keatinge (Holland & Hart), and Jim Wheaton (William and Mary Law). The first part reviews FinCEN’s Geographic Targeting Orders (GTOs) and the soon to be effective nonfinanced Residential Real Estate transfer reporting rules.
