The Plaintiff in the case alleged that Naman Howell’s client negligently caused a motor vehicle accident that resulted in damages to the Plaintiff. The firm’s attorneys were successful in excluding key pieces of evidence and limiting and excluding witnesses.
Krizia Landivar is a member attorney based in the San Antonio office of Naman Howell. Her experience is in defense litigation with an emphasis in the realm of transportation and tractor/trailer accidents.
