James Ruggieri has successfully completed the Harvard Mediation Intensive at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School Executive Education. Widely recognized as the world’s preeminent research center for negotiation theory, teaching, and practice, the Program on Negotiation is a consortium among Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Tufts University, collaborating with numerous organizations and practitioners in the Boston area and beyond. The 40-hour, in-person Harvard Mediation Intensive course explored mediation principles and processes through interactive presentations and hands-on exercises delivered by leading faculty and experts in the field. In this recent session, the Higgins, Cavanagh & Cooney partner participated alongside more than 60 global leaders, including the chief judge of a U.S. Court of Appeals. James Ruggieri has more than 40 years of experience as a trial lawyer in state and federal courts. He has participated in hundreds of mediations throughout his career and is currently expanding his mediation practice.
