The GDPR-CARPA data processing certification mechanism was announced by the National Commission for Data Protection (Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données or CNPD) in October of 2022, following its accreditations by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB). It allows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance certification of data processing activities.
In February of 2023, HACA PARTNERS became the second certifying entity accredited by the CNPD, thanks to its collaboration with Seralys in the domain of information security and with DSM Avocats à la Cour for all legal issues as required under the GDPR.
DSM Avocats à la Cour and HACA PARTNERS propose this certification service to businesses and other entities with the aim of proving their compliance with the GDPR and its requirements, as well as to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
The GDPR-CARPA certification will allow businesses to ensure the compliance of their processing for their clients, with authorities in the context of periodic audits as well as for the calls for tender in which they participate.
