Young Moore’s Managing Partner, Dawn M. Dillon, has been named to the North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Employment Law Power List for 2024.
As the first woman to lead Young Moore since its founding in 1954, Dawn brings 25 years of legal experience to her role. She also co-leads the firm’s Employment and Workers’ Compensation litigation team, advising and representing clients on a variety of employment matters. These include workers’ compensation claims, non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation claims, and issues related to the ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. Dawn is also skilled in drafting and enforcing employment agreements.
