Jay Davis and Ashton Phillips recently obtained the dismissal of three separate licensing actions filed against their clients—two physicians and a Physician Assistant—by the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners. The licensing complaints accused their clients of violations related to the standard of care, including HIPAA breaches, subpar intraoperative care, issues concerning informed consent, and more. Mr. Davis and Mr. Phillips obtained complete dismissals in favor of their clients from the Board of Medical Examiners.
