Since 2002, Ruble has been a part of KCMBA’s Labor & Employment Law Committee, serving as Co-Vice Chair. In this role, he has organized and presented diverse continuing legal education programs, covering crucial topics such as labor arbitration, union organizing campaigns, ADA accommodations, and labor issues in professional and amateur sports.
In addition to his role at KCMBA, Ruble serves as Vice Chair of the Baker Sterchi Employment & Labor Practice Group. He is also a Steering Committee member of ALFA International’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. An active contributor to the firm’s Employment Law Blog, Ruble serves on both the Recruiting & Retention Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
As a civil litigation defense attorney, Ruble brings extensive experience in employment, labor, business, and personal injury law. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas.
The KCMBA Labor & Employment Law Committee is dedicated to supporting the just and lawful administration of workplace laws, providing education and training to attorneys, and promoting collegiality and professionalism among members of the bar.
