ALFA International (ALFAI) is pleased to announce that Sundahl, Powers, Kapp & Martin, LLC has joined ALFAI’s Global Legal Network as its member firm in Wyoming, effective July 25, 2022.
Sundahl, Powers, Kapp & Martin, LLC (SPKM), based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, has provided first-rate litigation and trial advocacy services to individuals and corporations throughout the state of Wyoming since the 1920s. Today, the firm’s attorneys have more than 150 years of collective experience.
The firm focuses on civil defense litigation. SPKM attorneys have a broad range of experience in personal injury, tort liability, professional malpractice, insurance defense, commercial transportation, and employment. The firm also frequently represents both plaintiffs and defendants in construction litigation. In addition, SPKM has an active administrative law practice, which includes the
representation of clients before governmental boards, agencies, and bodies.
SPKM has named Paul Kapp, Kay Lynn Bestol and Jane France as its main ALFAI Contact Partners. Paul will be a member of ALFAI’s Transportation Practice Group, and Kay Lynn and Jane will be members of ALFAI’s Professional Liability Practice Group. In addition, all three Contact Partners will be members of ALFAI’s Product Liability & Complex Torts Practice Group.
