ALFA International (ALFAI) is pleased to announce that Jacqueline (Jaci) Lee, Elliot Miller, Larry Parsons and Mark Van De Voorde have recently joined the ALFAI-wide Client Advisory Board.
Jacqueline (Jaci) Lee is Vice President, General Counsel of Flynn Restaurant Group LP. Jaci represents America’s largest franchisee in a wide range of commercial, real estate, employment, and tort disputes for over 2,300 restaurants nationwide, and provides the Company with strategic counsel on contract, risk management, corporate development, intellectual property, privacy, and employment issues. She is an experienced trial lawyer who has managed all aspects of litigation and has played a lead role in jury and bench trials, as well as arbitration. Jaci has written and spoken extensively on litigation strategy, intellectual property protection and enforcement, and diversity in the legal profession, and her contributions have been recognized by a number of legal publications, including The Legal 500 United States and Northern California Super Lawyers. In 2021, Jaci was named one of San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business and honored with Corporate Counsel’s Women, Influence & Power in Law Award for Leadership Through Crisis: Retail & Consumer Goods. Prior to joining Flynn Restaurant Group in 2018, Jaci was a partner in Jones Day’s Silicon Valley office.

Elliot Miller is Senior Vice President of Legal, People Operations, and Corporate Development for Wowza, a global provider of streaming video software solutions with more than 30,000 implementations in more than 100 countries across education, healthcare, enterprise, gaming, fitness, auction, e-commerce, and government. Elliot has more than a decade of experience with Wowza, leading global legal affairs while working in a variety of business roles supporting Wowza’s growth. Prior to Wowza, Elliot held in-house legal roles with the government contractor Policy Studies, LLC (acquired by Maximus Inc.) and the cash logistics and field services provider Pendum, LLC (acquired by Loomis AB and Burroughs).

Larry Parsons is Chief Administrative Officer of McLane Company, Inc., a multi-billion-dollar company providing grocery, food service and alcoholic beverage supply chain solutions for thousands of convenience stores, mass merchants, drug stores and restaurants throughout the United States. In his current role, Larry is responsible for McLane’s Legal, Risk Management, Asset Protection, Safety, Food Safety, Aviation, Marketing and Communications, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Sustainability functions. Larry graduated with a BS from Texas Christian University and earned his JD from Vanderbilt School of Law. Prior to McLane, Larry held positions with publicly traded and privately held corporations with worldwide operations and was in private practice with two law firms.

Mark Van De Voorde is Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Victaulic Company, Victaulic LLC, and Victaulic International Sarl, a global manufacturer of mechanical joining solutions. Mark has global responsibilities for all legal and administrative matters of Victaulic. Prior to joining Victaulic, Mark worked in a similar position for Olympus Corporation, and as an Investment Banker. Mark earned his BBA and JD at the University of Iowa and his MBA at the University of Chicago.
