ALFA International (ALFAI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Davis, Richard Doherty, Ben Gross and Caroline Keller to its Client Advisory Board (CAB) for a three-year term.
Jennifer Davis currently serves as Executive Vice President – General Counsel at Leggett & Platt, Inc. She previously served as Vice President – Deputy General Counsel (2020–2023), Deputy General Counsel (2015–2020), and Associate General Counsel & Chief Litigation Counsel (2012–2022), after joining the Company’s Legal Department in 2006. Prior to Leggett & Platt, she practiced at Stinson LLP in Kansas City for six years. Jen holds a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and a law degree from Washburn University.

Richard Doherty is Vice President – Assistant General Counsel for BrandSafway and leads the company’s Global Litigation function, including insured litigation (personal injury/property damage) and commercial claims (contract matters). In this role, he manages claims and litigation from the selection of outside counsel through strategy, resolution decisions and trial. In addition, Rich built and continues to guide BrandSafway’s Ethics and Compliance Program—drafting the first global code of conduct and key company policies; creating electronic workflows that automate and strengthen Delegation of Authority approvals; and establishing a multifaceted communication and training strategy. He is also responsible for global data privacy compliance, including the Privacy Shield Framework, GDPR, CCPA and emerging regulations.

Ben Gross, Principal at CorlissMoore & Associates and Chief Administrative Officer & Restructuring General Counsel at Job.com, has more than 20 years of experience as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Chief People Officer, and Corporate Secretary at multi-billion-dollar retail, e-commerce, and HR-tech platforms – including Backcountry and rue21 – Ben has built and led legal, compliance, HR, and governance functions through explosive growth, post-acquisition integrations, privacy program implementations, and two Chapter 11 restructurings.

Caroline Keller is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for MacroSource, LLC, one of the largest wholesale distribution companies for bulk dry and liquid fertilizers in the industry. Through international trading, vessel chartering, and MacroSource terminals and warehouses in North America, South Africa, Peru, Mexico and Hong Kong, the company supports supply and trading across major fertilizer markets. Prior to joining MacroSource, Caroline spent more than 15 years with General Dynamics Corporation. In her last role, she served as Vice President and General Counsel of General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), based in St. Petersburg, FL, where she was chief attorney and a member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the President of GD-OTS. Previously, she was Vice President and General Counsel of General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS), headquartered in Madrid, Spain, with facilities in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Spain and Switzerland. In that position, she was chief attorney for GDELS and the head compliance, ethics and insider threat officer. Before joining GDELS, Caroline was Deputy General Counsel for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a General Dynamics company based in Savannah, Georgia, where she advised senior leadership on a wide range of international and U.S. legal matters. Caroline earned her JD (1997) from Georgetown University Law Center and her BA in International Relations (1989) from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.
