ALFA International Announces the Addition of Three New Client Advisory Board Members

ALFA International is pleased to announce the addition of three new Client Advisory Board Members, Nicole Brunson, Stacey Constas and Sonia Valdes. ALFAI looks forward to these dynamic women leaders joining its Client Advisory Board, and appreciates their time and feedback in support of the ALFA International network.

Nicole Brunson is Associate General Counsel, Litigation at Trane Technologies in North Carolina. Nicole is highly skilled in risk assessment, general litigation, commercial litigation and litigation trending/forecasting. She is currently responsible for managing personal injury, product liability, collections and commercial disputes for Trane CHVAC North America operations.

Nicole stated that, “Being a member of the Client Advisory Board is an opportunity to give back to our profession by fostering relationships, creating sound legal networks and creating a legacy and pipeline of great lawyers. It allows for direct and honest communication between outside counsel and in-house counsel that eliminates guesswork, reduces errors and makes us all better at serving our clients’ needs.”

Stacey Constas is Associate General Counsel at Standex International Corporation, a publicly traded global manufacturing corporation in New Hampshire. As an in-house legal, operations and strategic leader, Stacey creates results that enhance the company’s strategic and fiscal growth. Her responsibilities include complex commercial contracts and transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, litigation management/risk management and employment law.

Sonia Valdes is Vice President at Medmarc Insurance Group in Washington, DC. Sonia has more than 30 years of experience in insurance claims management. She is responsible for the oversight of the claims department staff and its practices and procedures. She also provides counsel to underwriters regarding life science product liability risks and litigation trends.

Sonia commented, “I am delighted to be appointed to the Client Advisory Board of ALFA International. For years I have worked with ALFA International member firms and have come to know the quality of the organization itself and the excellent legal service provided by its member firms. I am honored and look forward to serving on the Board.”
