About the Webinar:

This webinar will explore the use of Telemedicine and its application to workers’ compensation claims.   Telemedicine promises to provide immediate and efficient access to medical care using technological advances in video conferencing, wearable monitoring devices and self-monitoring, but what complications will employers confront and what legal issues will arise with this increasing reliance on technology?  This webinar will provide valuable insight into the intricacies of Telemedicine, explore the countervailing issues of efficiency and privacy, and explore the future application of the technology beyond initial triage.
