Click here to view the webinar recording.

About the Webinar:

Pay equity laws are springing up across the country, spurred at least in part by the #MeToo movement’s spotlight on workplace inequality. In this presentation, we’ll talk about the background of the federal requirements, and delve into the various state Equal Pay Acts by touching on their commonalities and differences. We will also discuss litigation trends and developments, as well as non-litigation issues that arise in the context of the equal pay discussion. By working through sample statistical analyses, we will review possible approaches to pay disparities, and discuss recommended steps to minimize liability.
