Stephan Lührmann

Stephan leads the Dispute Resolution team at A/C/R. He has worked as a civil, commercial, environmental, and administrative litigation attorney for over 13 years, in various courts across the country, including civil courts, the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, the Public Procurement Tribunal, environmental courts, institutional (i.e., CAM) and ad hoc arbitrators, the International Court of Arbitration (ICC), and before various administrative authorities in administrative proceedings, claims, and sanctioning proceedings. Stephan is also a partner and leads the environmental team at A/C/R. He specializes in matters related to risk management and ESG from a regulatory risk perspective, working to prevent these risks.

Throughout his career, he has represented national and multinational companies and high-net-worth individuals in the aquaculture, retail, mining, financial services, pharmaceutical, agricultural, nuclear medicine, PRTs, shareholders' agreements, and education sectors, among others, in all their Dispute Resolution needs. He has also represented two municipalities in central Chile in regulatory, environmental, and litigation matters of various kinds.
