Robert Chapski

Bob Chapski, a shareholder in Lewis Thomason's Nashville office, serves as chair of the firm's Product Liability Practice Group and is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. He regularly represents businesses in a variety of litigation-related practice fields including commercial/business litigation, product liability, tort, and employment law. He often serves as local counsel to global law firms, advising attorneys and national clients in complex, high-exposure federal and state court matters. Having two decades of experience working directly with businesses, manufacturers, expert witnesses, and other nationally prominent attorneys across the country, he has in-depth knowledge to assist clients and other attorneys throughout courts in Tennessee. He has also served as both lead trial counsel and appellate counsel, and his jury trial experience includes business litigation matters as well as other tort and product liability matters. He frequently speaks on topics related to business and product liability litigation and he is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC).
