Regan Glenn

Regan Glenn is a member of Plunkett Cooney's Governmental Law, White Collar Criminal Defense and Torts & Litigation practice groups. Her practice is focused in the areas of municipal law, white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, institutional and business compliance, general liability, premises liability and motor vehicle litigation.

Regan maintains a robust municipal law practice that includes the defense of litigation brought against Michigan communities. Her practice includes particular expertise in the defense of police liability cases alleging unlawful search and seizure, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, among other claims. She also serves as prosecutor for a mid-Michigan municipality, handling the community’s misdemeanor civil and criminal matters.

With respect to her litigation defense practice, Regan represents a variety of clients, including retailers, professional services providers, landlords and individuals when they become entangled in disputes involving such issues as breach of contract and conversion, fraud and misrepresentation, premises liability, pet liability, employment law, construction liability and motor vehicle accidents.
