Patricio Rámila

Patricio Rámila focuses on civil and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, before common and arbitration courts. He has experience in disputes under the CAM Rules (Centre of Arbitration and Mediation of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce), in the areas of construction, insurance, Real Estate, technology and transportation. He also actively participates in civil proceedings of contractual liability and torts, insolvency liquidation, intellectual and industrial property, consumer law, among others. He has experience in administrative litigation.
