Martin Lukas is a partner at Weinhold Legal and head of the firm’s IT and IP group (TMT). Martin began to work at Weinhold Legal in 1998 and since that time has participated in a number of major projects in the areas of corporate law, M&A, litigation and arbitration, IP/IT law, competition law and public procurement.
