Luis Felipe is a partner in A/C/R's Corporate/M&A team. He advises on a wide range of transactions across diverse sectors, but his expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions for multinational corporations, large corporations, scale-ups, startups, entrepreneurs, and investors. He addresses all aspects of corporate law, including sales and acquisitions, fundraising and investment transactions, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
From 2004 to 2005, he served as Unilever's regional attorney, overseeing its local operations and M&A projects in Latin America. He also worked as a foreign associate at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, in New York City, from 2002 to 2003.
Luis Felipe is also part of the Energy, Projects, and Infrastructure team, where his knowledge and experience have led him to represent several of the leading firms operating in Latin America in infrastructure, mining, energy, and especially non-conventional renewable energy projects.
