Lance Eberhart

Lance G. Eberhart's trial practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on trucking, hospitality and retail, premises liability, construction, and all excess claims. Lance is the Chief Executive Officer, and also serves on the inclusiveness committee, and Board of Directors. Lance has represented individuals and businesses in the defense of claims for personal injury and property damages as a result of accident or other casualty. He has significant trial experience defending railroads, trucking companies, retail companies, restaurants, hotels, property management entities, and insurers in civil matters. Prior to joining Hall & Evans, he gained significant trial and appellate experience managing a criminal docket.
