Kimberly Harris

Kimberly Harris represents clients in a variety of litigation matters. During her career she has gained extensive experience in commercial and civil defense litigation, including premises liability and non-subscription defense, trying cases in both Texas state and Federal courts. She also defends companies on general liability and non-subscriber claims of premises liability, wrongful death, and products liability.
