As the Partner Attorney of Barun Law LLC, Ki Tai Park primarily practices M&A, SOC and Real Estate development, and customs and trade related matters. In particular, he has accumulated unsurpassed expertise and experience in counseling local autonomous governments on Real Estate development projects, including projects to develop the Seoul International Finance Center, the Yerae resort-type residential complex in Jeju, the Pangyo Techno Valley and Hallyu World, and the sale of a large commercial building in Songdo, Incheon. He has also successfully represented clients engaging in M&A transactions (e.g., the acquisition of Kumho Rent A Car Co., Ltd. by KT Corporation, and the sale of shares of Signal Information and Communication Crop. owned by its controlling shareholder).
He served as Advisor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade and Auditor of Korea Culture & Tourism Institute. Mr. Park also taught corporate law to prospective lawyers at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is serving as the senior vice president of Korean Bar Association.
