Kathryn Terry

Kathryn Terry’s employer representation practice includes all types of employment, discrimination, organized labor, wage/hour and contract matters. Kathryn’s insurance practice includes coverage analysis and opinions, extra-contractual and liability defense work, primarily for insurance carriers and across all lines, including personal, commercial, primary, excess, stop-loss and reinsurance matters. Other significant components of Kathryn’s practice are crisis management, cyber security matters, regulatory compliance, municipal liability and governance, complex commercial disputes and “bet the company” litigation. Kathryn is currently the marketing and vice chairperson of the ALFA International Insurance Practice Group. She is also a proud member of the Chickasaw Nation.
