Kate Martz has experience representing Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, political subdivisions, and individuals in a variety of matters. Kate regularly handles litigation involving transportation, premises liability, and professional malpractice. She also advises employers on employment related matters and handles employment litigation from initial investigation through appeal. Kate has successfully tried cases to verdict in Nebraska and Iowa and handled appeals in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
