Jordan Stern

Jordan E. Stern is a Partner at Becker Glynn and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. His litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, arbitration and mediation.
Jordan, in partnership with the Firm’s corporate department, also regularly provides strategic advice and counseling regarding transactions, corporate governance, regulatory issues, employee matters, joint venture and contractual issues, and many other matters that arise for corporate management. Jordan uses his many years of litigation experience in his counseling work to identify and minimize risk.
