Jonathan W. Brogan

Jonathan Brogan has been a trial attorney for more than 35 years and concentrates his practice in the trial of complex cases in personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice and commercial matters.  Jonathan is chair of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group and a member of its Management Committee. He has tried more than 250 cases to verdict and appeared before the Maine Supreme Court, First Circuit and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals more than 40 times.  He has extensive experience in the courtroom and before many administrative, governmental and corporate tribunals.  Jonathan is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, considered by most to be the highest honor a trial lawyer can receive from his peers. Jonathan’s diverse litigation practice now includes facilitating alternative dispute resolution. Jonathan has acted as a mediator or arbitrator in numerous cases involving business and personal injury issues.
