John J. Zawistoski

A substantial portion of John Zawistoski's practice consists of representing insured individuals, professionals, ski areas, hospitals and other companies in defense of lawsuits. John has experience trying many different types of cases including sports injuries, professional malpractice and other matters. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict over four decades of practice. John also has extensive experience in school law representing school districts in many diverse legal matters including contract negotiations, employment matters and student discipline.
