As part of his professional experience, Javier Novales has developed in the energy area through participation in the most important generation, transmission and hydrocarbon projects in Guatemala and in projects in the electricity subsector. He has experience in the regulatory and contractual field, in other transmission and generation projects, and in everything related to the resolution of controversies related to the execution of projects. He has participated in the preparation of legislation projects related to investment promotion and regulations related to the electricity sector.
