Jarrod Crouse is one of the firm’s trial attorneys and is currently the managing partner. At the core of his practice, Jarrod defends negligence cases with an emphasis on accidents involving commercial motor carriers. Jarrod also handles complex commercial matters involving Real Estate, contract disputes, and unsettled trusts and estates. Jarrod’s clients range from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. While he enjoys resolving cases at trial, Jarrod’s experience makes him believe one of his most important obligations to clients is advising when trial is not the best option and providing cost-effective alternative solutions.
