David Kreltszheim

David Kreltszheim leads Cornwalls' Fintech, Privacy and Emerging Technologies team, and has extensive experience in all aspects of Australian privacy and data law. He has been involved in addressing businesses’ privacy and data issues since the introduction of the private sector privacy regime in Australia (and even before that, in relation to the sector-specific regulation of credit providers).

He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.  He provides privacy and data handling advice to inbound multinationals and outbound Australian multinationals in the health, financial services, technology, telecommunications and government sectors, at a retail as well as a wholesale level.
